Alicia Lawler
Managing Director

Alicia Lawler is currently responsible for developing the greater Nashville, TN area for the Technology Division of Solomon Page. She initially joined Solomon Page in 2000 and then left to build Lawler Associates, a technical staffing firm that was acquired by Solomon Page in 2010.

Alicia has been in the IT consulting space for close to eighteen years. Throughout the past ten years, she has been focused on the pharmaceutical sector and data resources within that space. Other areas of her expertise include DW, BI, Informatics and Project Management in Healthcare, Pharma, and other verticals.

She and her team work diligently to continue to provide qualified talent to their clients. Her expert staff at Solomon Page is qualified to screen technical resources. Alicia is committed to understanding the business of her clients and understanding the entire project and how it affects the business. Her primary focus is building strong, lasting relationships and delivering quality resources in a timely manner.

Dan Quin
Managing Director

Dan Quin is the Managing Director of the Professional Services, Technology division. With over 30 years of executive-level business development experience, including 15 years at Solomon Page, Dan has successfully partnered with various Fortune 500 companies across the United States and internationally. Dan brings a wealth of expertise in corporate sales and operations management within the technology consulting and staffing industry. His commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients has not only strengthened the Solomon Page brand but also resulted in the expansion of existing commercial strategies and partnerships with senior executives. He is responsible for developing customized talent acquisition solutions and market insights, making him a prominent figure in delivering innovative and scalable resource solutions across diverse platforms and business verticals throughout North America.

Dan received his bachelor's degree from St. Francis University in 1989, where he also played Division 1 soccer. He is married and has three sons, Terrence, Sean, and Colin.

John Gallaro
Senior Vice President

John Gallaro is Senior Vice President of the Technology division. With more than 30 years of experience, John has successfully collaborated with nationally recognized brands to fulfill the ever-changing needs of modern businesses through temporary staffing solutions. In this role, he oversees establishing connections within the New York and New Jersey Metropolitan area. As an expert in the insurance and financial markets, John has fostered relationships with many clients, who he has continued to partner with throughout his career. By gaining a deep understanding of their businesses and goals, John applies his knowledge and expertise in providing exceptional talent to leading organizations.

Having worked for Solomon Page previously, he rejoined the company in 2021 and has since led the Technology division. Before rejoining Solomon Page, he held positions at Modis and Zeitech, and most recently co-founded Vertex Solutions Inc., where he hired and managed a dynamic team of IT recruiters and effectively acquired many new clients with IT hiring needs. John has a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University and an MBA in Finance from Adelphi University.

Joe Mack
Managing Director

Joseph Mack joined Solomon Page in 2023 as Managing Director of the Technology division based on the East Coast. With over 20 years of experience in the technology and staffing sectors, Joe brings a wealth of experience in crafting tailored talent solutions that meet the needs of clients. Having worked across diverse roles ranging from full desk recruiting to director positions, Joe’s experience in recruiting and business development has positioned him as an expert in the fintech, hedge fund, and financial services sectors. Joe’s mission is to build, grow, and expand the NYC team, as well as branch offices across the nation, into a comprehensive recruiting source catering to technology professionals nationwide.

Before joining Solomon Page, Joe worked with The Bachrach Group, an executive recruiting and consulting firm, and held positions at Pencom Systems Incorporated, GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, and Stride & Associates. Joe has a bachelor’s degree in international business from SUNY New Paltz.
