Dan brings a wealth of expertise in corporate sales and operations management within the technology consulting and staffing industry. His commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients has not only strengthened the Solomon Page brand but also resulted in the expansion of existing commercial strategies and partnerships with senior executives. He is responsible for developing customized talent acquisition solutions and market insights, making him a prominent figure in delivering innovative and scalable resource solutions across diverse platforms and business verticals throughout North America.
Dan received his bachelor's degree from St. Francis University in 1989, where he also played Division 1 soccer. He is married and has three sons, Terrence, Sean, and Colin.
Ryan is a retained executive search leader at Solomon Page, bringing more than fifteen years of search experience across information technology, data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Prior to joining Solomon Page, Ryan spent seven years at Hudson Gate Partners, where he built advanced analytics and technology teams for hedge funds, venture capital firms, and private equity firms nationwide. Before Hudson Gate, he founded Mindshare Executive Search, placing data science leadership across organizations including major insurance companies, aerospace engineering firms, The Weather Channel, and the American Veterinary Medical Association. He also built the healthcare data science vertical at the nationwide recruiting firm ThinkingAhead.
Ryan differentiates himself not only by delivering top tier AI and data talent, but by helping organizations define what they actually need. Many AI and data science leadership roles are first of their kind for organizations undergoing a technology transformation, and Ryan works alongside clients to clarify the mandate before the search begins.
Earlier in his career, Ryan worked as an account executive for two global biotechnology companies, partnering with C-suite executives, academic researchers, and laboratory leadership to advance wellness through biotechnology, analytics, and automation.
Ryan holds undergraduate degrees and a Master of Science from Indiana University in biology, business, and biotechnology. He lives on Long Island with his wife, son, and daughter.
John Gallaro is Senior Vice President of the Technology division. With more than 30 years of experience, John has successfully collaborated with nationally recognized brands to fulfill the ever-changing needs of modern businesses through temporary staffing solutions. In this role, he oversees establishing connections within the New York and New Jersey Metropolitan area. As an expert in the insurance and financial markets, John has fostered relationships with many clients, who he has continued to partner with throughout his career. By gaining a deep understanding of their businesses and goals, John applies his knowledge and expertise in providing exceptional talent to leading organizations.
Having worked for Solomon Page previously, he rejoined the company in 2021 and has since led the Technology division. Before rejoining Solomon Page, he held positions at Modis and Zeitech, and most recently co-founded Vertex Solutions Inc., where he hired and managed a dynamic team of IT recruiters and effectively acquired many new clients with IT hiring needs. John has a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University and an MBA in Finance from Adelphi University.
Leslie Stolic serves as Senior Vice President within the Solomon Page Technology division, bringing extensive experience in technology consulting and professional services, with expertise in business development, talent solutions, strategic partnerships, and growth, particularly within the Financial Services industry. Throughout her career, Leslie has helped organizations navigate complex business challenges, develop talent strategies, and build scalable technology teams by connecting the right people, capabilities, and solutions.
At Solomon Page, Leslie focuses on building trusted client relationships and helping organizations access highly skilled technology professionals across AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and software engineering. Her consultative, people-first approach, combined with flexible engagement models and the ability to move quickly at scale, supports the continued growth of the Technology division and its specialized talent solutions.
Leslie’s leadership strengthens the organization's ability to deliver innovative, end-to-end technology solutions spanning strategy, architecture, implementation, and optimization. A Rutgers University alumna with a degree in Computer Science, Leslie is also a passionate Philadelphia sports fan and F1 enthusiast.
