Paycom is the Solomon Page payroll and employee self-service system for W-2 consultants only. Paycom is used to process payroll, manage direct deposit and W-4 information, and provide access to paystubs and tax documents. Paycom went live on February 1, 2026. Your pay schedule, pay rate, direct deposit, and benefits are not changing as a result of this transition.
Please note: 1099 consultants do not have access to Paycom.
You do not enter time in Paycom. Please continue submitting your hours using the same system you have been using previously. Most consultants submit hours through Webtime, while some may use a client-specific timekeeping system.
Hours must be:
If you have questions about time submission, please contact your Staffing Coordinator.
Yes. You may update your username in Paycom, but it must match your email address. Your email must be verified in Paycom before the username can be updated. To update your username, log in to Paycom, navigate to the Profile icon -> Account Settings -> Security and Login. Follow the prompts under Security and Login to verify your email address and update your username.
Changes to your legal name or date of birth must be submitted to your HR Coordinator. The Solomon Page Payroll team will update your information in Paycom once the change is approved. These updates cannot be made directly by consultants in the system.
Paycom allows you to preview and approve your check before payroll is submitted. This gives you the opportunity to verify that your hours, rate, and deductions are correct before payroll is processed.
Your pay will still be processed even if you do not approve your check.
Yes. You may configure your Paycom settings to automatically approve your check and stop receiving reminder emails.
Your available sick time is displayed at the bottom of your paystub in Paycom. Your most recent paystub will always reflect the most accurate balance.
Paystubs and tax documents for paychecks issued on or after February 1, 2026 can be found in your Paycom account.
Paystubs and W-2s issued prior to February 1, 2026 can be found in your ADP account.
If you began your assignment on or after February 1, 2026, you will only use Paycom and do not need access to ADP.
Your 2025 W-2 will be mailed to you and will also be available online through ADP.
If you began your assignment on or after February 1, 2026, you do not need an ADP account. If you were paid prior to February 1, 2026 and need access to historical pay records, please register for ADP by April 1, 2026, by contacting PayrollCorporateHR@SolomonPage.com. Solomon Page will be unable to assist with ADP access after this date.
To remain active in ADP you must log in at least once every six months. However, ADP automatically archives records after three years, so any pay stubs older than three years will no longer be available to view even if you still have access. You can still reach out to PayrollCorporateHR@SolomonPage.com to request copies of older W-2 forms.
